Judith K. Jones
Judith presents regularly on the topics of long term care, estate planning, and guardianships.

Judith K. Jones, Esquire joined Butenhof & Bomster, PC in 2007. Prior to joining the firm she had a statewide practice with New Hampshire Legal Assistance from 1997 to 2006, which included serving as the Directing Attorney of the Senior Citizens Law Project from 2002 to 2006. Judith received her J.D. from Western New England College School of Law in 1994, and her undergraduate degree from Cornell University in 1980.
She is a founding member of the New Hampshire Elder Rights Coalition and EngAging New Hampshire, and currently serves as Chair of the Advisory Committee for the New Hampshire Long Term Care Ombudsman (2018). Judith is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association’s Trust and Estate Section, and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). Judith served as Co-Chair of the Legislative Affairs Committee for the local New Hampshire NAELA Chapter from 2008 through 2013 and a member of the New Hampshire NAELA Board of Directors from 2015 through 2017. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Office of Public Guardian.
